从力学性能的改善和降解速率的可调度等角度,总结了复合生物材料与单一组分的材料相比,在生物医学领域应用中所表现出的综合使用性能的优越性。综述了复合生物材料,特别是用于骨修复的各类有机/无机复合材料近年来的研究进展状况。提出将与人骨中磷灰石微晶类似的羟基磷灰石纳米粒子与可降解聚酯材料进行复合,能够得到具有优越骨诱导性能并且能够降解的新型骨修复材料。这方面的研究代表了有机/无机复合生物材料领域新的发展方向。  相似文献

在注入V离子的二氧化钛光催化剂上负载贵金属,制备了在可见光照射下具有高光催化活性的功能型光催化剂,研究在可见光和太阳光照射下丙炔的光催化水解反应,利用这些改性的二氧化钛构筑太阳能到化学能的转换系统.研究结果发现了V/Pt光催化剂在丙炔和水的光催化水解反应中,由于贵金属的存在,有利于促进发生加氢反应;导致丙烯的生成量增加.在可见光下的光催化活性也和负载贵金属所处的氧化状态有着密切的关系,贵金属完全被还原到0价是提高光催化活性的必要条件.  相似文献

采用表面涂覆硅烷偶联剂KH550、两步光接枝、阳极氧化等方法,在钛表面成功制备出一种pH型敏感膜覆盖的载银二氧化钛(TiO2)纳米管阵列。利用扫描电镜(SEM)、透射电镜(TEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、原子吸收光谱(AAS)对该pH敏感膜覆盖的载银TiO2纳米管阵列理化性能进行了表征,采用抑菌环实验定性考察了样品的抗菌特性,并计算其抑菌率。结果表明,含银离子溶液在毛细管力作用下大量进入TiO2纳米管中,并在pH型敏感膜的调控下,使银离子在不同pH环境下具备不同的释放行为,从而达到良好的控释效果;载银TiO2纳米管的抑菌率与银离子负载量成正比,且抗菌性能持久。  相似文献

Poly(lactic acid) (PLA) is a biodegradable polymer that has a variety of applications, one of which is as biomaterial in surgery or as functional layers on implants, due to its compatibility with living tissue. This paper reports the possibilities of quantification of poly(lactic acid) (PLA) in a polymer matrix such as poly(methyl methacrylate) (PMMA) by micro Raman spectroscopy (MRS). Blends of amorphous poly(DL‐lactic acid) with poly(methyl methacrylate) were prepared by the procedure of dissolution/precipitation. Thermal properties of the blends such as the glass transition temperature (Tg) were characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC). The PLA/PMMA blends exhibited only a single glass transition region, indicating that this system is miscible. The PLA/PMMA system obeys the Gordon–Taylor equation (Tg versus PLA content). Various concentration ratios of PLA blends were prepared to use as a basis for quantitative analysis by MRS. Intensities of the characteristic bands at 813 cm−1 (νCOC of PMMA) and 873 cm−1 (νC―COO of PLA) were used for the calculation. The calibration graph showed a good linear correlation with an R2 value of 0.9985. On the basis of the calibration curve obtained, the determined content of several PLA/PMMA blends was in good agreement when compared with nominal contents. The limit of detection (LOD) and quantification (LOQ) were calculated by the calibration data set as signal‐to‐noise method. The relative standard deviation of this method was lower than 10% and the accuracy better than 4%. Tubular-shaped layer electrodeposition from chitosan-hydroxyapatite colloidal solutions has found application in the field of regeneration or replacement of cylindrical tissues and organs, especially peripheral nerve tissue regeneration. Nevertheless, the quantitative and qualitative characterisation of this phenomenon has not been described. In this work, the colloidal systems are subjected to the action of an electric current initiated at different voltages. Parameters of the electrodeposition process (i.e., total charge exchanged, gas volume, and deposit thickness) are monitored over time. Deposit structures are investigated by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and Fourier-transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). The value of voltage influences structural characteristics but not thickness of deposit for the process lasting at least 20 min. The calculated number of exchanged electrons for studied conditions suggests that the mechanism of deposit formation is governed not only by water electrolysis but also interactions between formed hydroxide ions and calcium ions coordinated by chitosan chains.  相似文献

钛(Ti)及其合金凭借优异的机械性能和良好的生物相容性,一直是骨和牙种植体的主要临床应用材料。由于钛及其合金自身的生物惰性,不易与周围骨组织进行快速的骨整合,因此其表面的生物活性有待进一步提高。羟基磷灰石(HA)是人体骨和牙齿的主要无机成分,具有良好的生物活性和生物相容性,受其力学性能的制约,常被作为涂层材料覆盖在钛基体表面,用以提高植入体的生物活性。但一直存在涂层与基体界面结合强度低和涂层力学稳定性差的问题,成为限制其临床广泛应用的主要因素。本文从涂层结构设计、成分设计及制备方法等方面,就国内外改善钛基底与HA涂层界面结合性能的研究现状和发展动态作一综述,为高性能钛植入体的制备和应用提供参考。  相似文献

Large tilt angle (LTA) implantation has been employed in Si manufacturing processes in many applications, such as lightly doped drain and halo implant. The depth profile of boron ions usually consists of only single peak at incident angle of 0° with respect to the perpendicular of the silicon surface. However, an abnormal dual‐peak profile was observed at LTA (>40°) with incident energy of 160 keV. By using a Monte Carlo method to simulate the ion implant process, it was found that the projected range of boron ions agrees completely with the formation of the first peak position that is shallower in depth, while the cause for the second peak that corresponds with a depth much deeper in the Si substrate was unknown. During the simulation, it was also found that when the tilt angle was increased, the sputtering yields and Si displacements increased significantly, and this phenomenon indicates that during LTA implantation, Si damage may not be negligible anymore. The Si damage effect that was as due to either low Si density or transient Si displacement in the simulation could have led to partial incident boron ions penetrating much deeper into the Si substrate and thus, caused the emergence of the second peak. Objectives

To ascertain whether cochlear implantation (CI), without specific vocal rehabilitation, is associated with changes in perceptual and acoustic vocal parameters in adults with severe to profound postlingual deafness.

Hypothesis

Merely restoring auditory feedback could allow the individual to make necessary adjustments in vocal pattern.

Study Design

Prospective and longitudinal.

Methods

The experimental group composed of 40 postlingually deaf adults (20 males and 20 females) with no previous laryngeal or voice disorders. Participants’ voices were recorded before CI and 6–9 months after CI. To check for chance modifications between two evaluations, a control group of 12 postlingually deaf adults, six male and six female, without CI was also evaluated. All sessions composed of the recording of read sentences from Consensus Auditory-Perceptual Evaluation of Voice and sustained vowel /a/. Auditory and acoustic analyses were then conducted.

Results

We found a statistically significant reduction in overall severity, strain, loudness, and instability in auditory analysis. In vocal acoustic analysis, we found statistically significant reduction fundamental frequency (F0) values (in male participants) and F0 variability (in both genders). The control group showed no statistically significant changes in most vocal parameters assessed, apart from pitch and F0 (in female participants only). On comparing the interval of variation of results between the experimental and control groups, we found no statistically significant difference in vocal parameters between CI recipients and nonrecipients, with the exception of F0 variability in male participants.

Conclusions

The patients in our sample showed changes in overall severity, strain, loudness, and instability values, and reductions in F0 and its variability. On comparing the variation of results between the groups, we were able to prove in our study that implant recipients postlingually deaf adults (experimental group), without specific vocal rehabilitation, differed from nonrecipients (control group) in loudness and F0 variability sustained vowel /a/ in male participants.  相似文献

本文简述了NF-3风洞二元实验段侧壁边界层吹除控制系统及具有吹气的模型实验方法,给出了不同吹气系数对风洞边界层的控制效果以及对相对厚度为7%的单段翼型实验结果的影响。初步实验研究结果表明,该控制系统能有效地改善风洞侧壁边界层的流动状态,减小侧壁干扰,改善翼型实验中的二元流动特性  相似文献
